Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AirFly RL, we understand that travel plans may change.

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before travel: up to 80% refund
• 15–30 days before travel: up to 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before travel: non-refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.

Force Majeure

AirFly RL is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
